Candied Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium sweet potatoes
    cinnamon
    3 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. orange juice
    3 tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. dark syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 to 1/2 c. water
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until skins are easily removed.
    Slice and place in a buttered dish.
    On top of potatoes sprinkle cinnamon and slice margarine on top evenly.
    In a saucepan mix orange juice, flour, dark syrup, sugar and water.
    On medium heat, bring to a boil.
    Cook until mixture thickens.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    When it comes out of the oven, cool slightly and add marshmallows.
