Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust shell
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. peeled apples, diced
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. softened butter
Preparation
    In a small bowl combine all ingredients.
    Mix until crumbly. Remove pie from oven and increase temperature to 400\u00b0.
    Sprinkle topping over filling.
    Return pie to oven and bake for about 10 minutes more or until golden.
