Pork And Mostaccioli Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. mostaccioli
1 lb. pork tenderloin
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 c. white wine
1 Tbsp. large capers
1 c. frozen peas, defrosted
1 fresh tomato
Preparation

Boil mostaccioli 8 minutes (not overdone).
Saute pork (cut in strips) in olive oil and seasonings.
Remove from pan.
Put in capers and wine (red wine is okay).
Bring to boil.
Add more basil if desired.
Add defrosted peas (at least at room temperature).
Add fresh tomato, seeded and cut in pieces.
Put all ingredients together.
Mix well.
Nice one-dish meal.
Serves 4.
