Sour Cream Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or 1 stick margarine
8 oz. sour cream
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. warm water
4 c. all purpose flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside.
Place butter in small sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and sugar.
Cool to lukewarm.
Pour into a large mixing bowl and add yeast mixture, salt and eggs.
Add flour and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until time to use.
When ready to use punch down dough, roll out and place on a greased baking sheet.
Cover and let rise in a warm place free from draft until double in bulk. About an hour.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown. Yield 4 dozen.
