Chicken Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 lb. chicken parts
    1 pouch Campbell's dry onion mushroom soup mix
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In 10-inch skillet, heat oil.
    Cook chicken until brown on all sides.
    Spoon off fat.
    Stir soup mix and water into skillet; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
