Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. white or yellow corn tortillas
    2 c. cooked shredded chicken breast
    2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. enchilada sauce
    small can sliced black olives
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Make enchilada sauce mix according to package directions using the 8 ounce can tomato sauce and water.
    Meanwhile, heat 1/4 to 1/2-inch oil in small skillet.
    Fry tortillas one at a time about 3 seconds on each side.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Stuff tortilla with chicken and cheese.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan with seam down. When all are stuffed, pour sauce over them, sprinkle with olives and then add layer of cheese.
