Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast fillets
    1 c. Marsala wine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 onion
    1 lb. mushrooms
    olive oil
Preparation
    Coat chicken in flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown in olive oil (prefer electric skillet).
    Remove from skillet.
    Add Marsala, onions and mushrooms.
    Cook down.
    Add chicken and simmer, covered, 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
