Quail Baked With Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    salt
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    8 quail
    1/3 c. flour
    1 onion, finely chopped
    8 tsp. honey
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    rosemary (as desired)
Preparation
    Salt quail lightly and roll in flour, then brown lightly in melted butter. Remove to a casserole dish and cook the onion in butter until done but not brown. Sprinkle rosemary over each quail. Pour a teaspoon of honey over each one, then put the onions on top. Pour the can of undiluted chicken broth around quail. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 hour. Baste occasionally.
