French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 to 5 c. thinly sliced onions
    5 c. meat stock
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella or Swiss cheese (can mix)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 slices bread, toasted
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    Add onions and saute until golden and tender, stirring frequently.
    Add salt and pepper, then meat stock; stir until mixture bubbles.
    Spoon into four crocks or small casserole dishes.
    Top with toasted bread. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella or Swiss cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted (about 15 to 20 minutes).
    Use oxtail or neck bones for meat stock.
