Black And White Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Beat smooth the cream cheese, egg and 1/3 cup sugar.
    Add chocolate chips and set aside.
    In separate bowl, beat until smooth all remaining ingredients.
    Fill cupcake tins 1/2 full of chocolate mixture.
    Drop 1 tablespoon cream cheese mix in center of each.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 12 to 14.
