Cucumber Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cucumber
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    few drops of hot pepper sauce
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Wash cucumber thoroughly if waxed.
    Shred unpeeled cucumber and press to remove excess water.
    Whip cream until stiff.
    Add cucumber, salt, hot pepper sauce and lemon juice. Stir to mix well.
    Make about 1 1/2 cups.
    Serve with fish in lieu of tartar. Makes a great dip also with raw veggies.
