Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    flour (approximately 5 c.)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add sugar, salt and half of flour; mix well.
    Add oil and remaining flour.
    Mix until smooth; knead. Place in a greased glass bowl.
    Cover and let rise 2 hours (oil top first).
    Put on a floured surface and knead in more flour.
    Shape rolls and put in a greased muffin pan.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0.
