Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. cooked rice
    4 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese or small jar pasteurized process cheese spread
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add thawed broccoli.
    Cook together for a few minutes.\tAdd rice, mushroom soup and cheese.
    Mix well; place in a buttered baking dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
