Peggy'S Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans creamed corn
    1/2 lb. (2 individual packs) Ritz crackers, crushed
    3 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick butter, sliced in 1 tsp.
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole dish, combine creamed corn, beaten eggs and milk.
    Mix well. Add 1/2 of the crushed crackers and mix thoroughly.
    Place remaining crushed crackers on top and smooth. Dot with butter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until well browned.
