Farm House Barbecue Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Separate dough. Flatten into circles; press in bottom of greased muffin cup. In a skillet, brown ground beef. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili powder. Stir until smooth. Add to meat and mix well. Put in cups; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes. Cool.
