Eastern Shore Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. (16 to 20 count) shrimp
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce
    white pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    1 c. dry sherry
    1 whole egg, well beaten
    corn meal, flour and half and half
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except shrimp and flour.
    Dip each peeled and deveined shrimp in egg mixture, then in corn flour, then in egg and then in corn flour (double coating).
    Drop in deep fat and fry until golden brown.
    Do not overcook!!!!
