Mashed Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 lb. box 10x confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    8 oz. jar creamy peanut butter
Preparation
    Mash potatoes (cool).
    Mix potatoes, sugar and cornstarch on a light floured surface.
    Roll out like a pie crust.
    Spread creamy peanut butter over entire surface.
    Roll up like jelly roll and put into the refrigerator for an hour.
    After chilled, slice and serve.
    Also you can roll in egg shape and dip in melted chocolate for Easter
    (Easter eggs).
