Ingredients

2 c. diced chicken
1 apple, diced
1 small can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. raisins
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. mango chutney
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Toss together chicken, apple, raisins, pineapple, celery and onion.
In small bowl, stir mayo, chutney and curry.
Add mixture to chicken and stir.
Let sit in refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
