Layered Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 cans refried beans
    1 large bunch green onions with tops
    1 c. sour cream
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 can ripe olives
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados; add lemon juice, salt and pepper and set aside.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning; set aside.
