Rhubarb Surprise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb, chopped
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 box yellow or white cake mix (and other ingredients per directions on box)

Preparation

Bring rhubarb, sugar and water to a boil.
Remove from heat and add dry strawberry Jell-O.
Put 2 cups miniature marshmallows on bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan, greased and floured.
