Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 can taco sauce
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. frozen tortillas
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
-
Brown
hamburger;
add\ttaco
sauce,
enchilada
sauce, mushroom
and chicken soup.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Break tortillas in long casserole dish.
Top with hamburger, sauce mixture and onion.
Bake
until bubbly in the middle.
Sprinkle cheese on top and melt.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
