Spicy Broccoli And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 stick oleo
    3 stalks sliced celery
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 small jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Remove the outer leaves from medium-sized heads of cabbage (about 8 pounds) and wash them in water, to be very fine, rejecting only the thickest part of the stem.
    Measure 2 tablespoons salt in a dish.
    Place a layer of shredded cabbage on the bottom of an earthern crock; sprinkle on the salt and pound down with a wooden potato masher until well packed.
    Add another layer of cabbage, with salt, and proceed as before, until crock is nearly full.
