Easy Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar.
    Add egg, milk and oil.
    Stir well.
    It may be rough textured.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Yields 12 muffins.
