Oatmeal Bread(Makes 4 Medium Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. oatmeal, soaked for 1 hour in 4 c. boiling water
    1 c. molasses
    2 envelopes yeast, dissolved in 1 c. very warm water
    3 Tbsp. salt
    9 to 10 c. flour
Preparation
    Add the molasses, yeast, water and salt to the oatmeal mix. Add flour gradually.
    Knead slightly.
    Let rise covered, until doubled in bulk.
    Knead thoroughly on floured surface and put in buttered and floured bread pans.
    Let rise until double.
    (You may use regular or quick rise yeast.)
    Bake at 375\u00b0 (preheated) for about 40 minutes.
    It feels solid when it is done.
