Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
    bacon bits
    diced onion
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until done, either in the oven or the microwave. Cut the top off of the potatoes. Scoop out the center of the potatoes into a large bowl. To the potato, add butter, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Add cheese (as much as you like), bacon bits and diced onions. Use as much or as little of these items as you like. Mix well. Gradually add the sour cream; mix until the mixture is almost creamy. Spoon the mixture back into the potato shells. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Extras may be refrigerated for later.
