Crab Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crab meat
1 can sweet milk
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1/4 c. mild cheese, grated
1/4 c. rolled saltine crackers (10 crackers)
Preparation

Empty soup into saucepan; add milk, stir and bring to bubbling on medium heat.
Add cheese and stir milk until melted.
Fold in crab meat.
Heat thoroughly. Pour into casserole dish.
Top with cracker crumbs and bake in 400\u00b0 oven until browned.
Serves 4.
