Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    1 small chopped onion
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    cooked rice or toast points
Preparation
    Saute shrimp for about 10 minutes in butter over medium heat. Add onion and mushrooms.
    Sprinkle flour lightly over mixture. Cook on low heat approximately 5 more minutes, then add sour cream.
    Heat slightly on low heat.
    Serve hot over rice or toast points.
