Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine cornstarch, sugar, lemon juice and beaten egg yolks. Add water and boil 4 minutes.
Make meringue of egg whites and 6 tablespoons sugar.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 4 to 5 minutes.
