Barbecue Meatball Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 egg
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/2 clove garlic, crushed or garlic powder to taste
    2 Tbsp. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    10 oz. jar grape jelly
    12 oz. jar chili sauce
Preparation
    Mix beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, allspice, garlic, milk, salt and pepper.
    Form into walnut sized meatballs.
    Place on a jelly roll or shallow pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    In a frying pan or 2-quart saucepan, combine jelly and chili sauce. Place meatballs in pan.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    (May be made several days ahead to serve for a party.)
    Makes approximately 25 meatballs.
