Tuna Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. green onions
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 jar chopped pimiento, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, divided
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix tuna, dressing, mustard, vegetables, pimiento and seasonings.
    Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
    Shape mixture into 15 (2-inch) balls.
    Roll in remaining bread crumbs.
    Coat well.
    Pat balls in small patties.
    Refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.
    Add tuna patties.
    Cook 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
    Add oil as needed. Drain on paper towels.
    Makes 8 servings.
