Beef Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. hot water
    salt and pepper
    1 can drained bean sprouts
Preparation
    Fry meat in butter.
    Add all the rest of ingredients and cook until tender.
    Thicken with 1/3 cup water and 2 teaspoons cornstarch and 2 teaspoons soy sauce.
    Simmer.
    Cook rice, add soy sauce to taste.
    Serve with cheese, pickles, radishes and crackers.
