Autumn Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 loin pork chops (1-inch thick)
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1-inch
1 c. fresh or frozen green beans
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
3/4 c. apple juice
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

In skillet heat oil and brown chops; set aside.
Toss cabbage with parsley and brown sugar; place in baking dish.
Top with potatoes and beans.
Arrange chops on vegetables.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper and apple juice.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top.
Return to oven 5 minutes.
Makes 2 servings.
