Parmesan Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen fillets
    1/4 c. flour
    dash of garlic salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. finely crushed saltines (14)
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely snipped parsley
Preparation
    Dry fish.
    Combine flour and garlic salt and set aside.
    Blend egg and milk; set aside.
    Combine crumbs, cheese and parsley. Coat fillets in flour, then egg, then crumbs.
    Fry over medium heat in 1/4 cup oil for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
