Jiffy Corn Bread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    1 chopped onion
    10 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed, drained and chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, adding muffin mix last.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Makes 18 muffins.
