Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken to make a heavier soup
    1 c. sliced onions
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 qt. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook onions in butter until transparent.
    Add all vegies, chicken stock and chicken.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Simmer 1/2 hour until potatoes are tender.
