Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 small onion, diced
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    3 cans carrot coins, drained
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Melt butter; saute onion on low heat.
    Beat flour into mixture.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
    Add cheese chunks; stir until smooth.
    Place drained carrots in a large, glass baking bowl.
    Pour cheese mixture over carrots and stir.
    Sprinkle a few parsley
    flakes over casserole.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
