Party Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. pimento
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chives
dash of ground pepper

Preparation

Place in a 1-quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cover with foil until last 10 minutes.
This freezes well.
