Bernice'S Best Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. broad egg noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook noodles as package directs. Drain.
    Add butter.
    Beat eggs well.
    Gradually add sugar; then vanilla, raisins and cinnamon.
    Mix with noodles.
    Bake in buttered casserole, covered, about 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
    Serve hot or cold.
