Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Chuck Steak, fat trimmed off and cut up
    1 pkg. dry Onion Beef Soup Mix
    1 lb. Carrots
    2 lb. Potatoes
Preparation
    Cook steak in pan until tender.
    Pour all ingredients into pot with steak until vegetables are tender.
    Thicken with corn starch or flour.
