Sweet & Sour Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 med. green pepper, diced
    1 lg. onion, cut in wedges
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    1-2 T. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 T. soy sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2-3 T. cornstarch
    2 1/2 c. frozen chicken nuggets, thawed
    Hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    Drain the pineapple and reserve juice. Set aside. In a skillet, saute green pepper and onion in oil until crisp-tender. Remove and keep warm. Add broth, syrup, vinegar and soy sauce to the skillet. Bring to a boil.
