Potato Chip En Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium size pkg. chips
1 can (7 oz.) tuna
1 c. pimentos
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 c. cream sauce
mushroom soup
1 c. mushrooms
Preparation

Fry pimento, onions and pepper until light brown in butter. Combine ingredients, place in buttered casserole and crush a few chips on top.
Cook 1/2 hour in moderate oven (350\u00b0).
