Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
dash of pepper
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 small onion, thinly sliced
Preparation

Blend soup, milk and pepper.
In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish alternate in layers potatoes, onions and sauce.
Dot top with 1 tablespoon butter.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes or until done.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
