Sausage Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    1 head cabbage, thinly sliced
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute sausage until brown.
    Remove from skillet and pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat.
    Saute onion in fat until yellow; add cabbage, sprinkle with water and cook.
    Return sausage to onion and cabbage mixture.
    Add rice.
    Heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
