Easy-Bake Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, scrubbed and dried
1/4 c. margarine
1 large onion, chunked
1 garlic clove, split
salt, celery seed and paprika to taste
Preparation

Scrub and dry potatoes and cut into 2 1/2-inch chunks. Arrange in single layer in baking pan.
Melt butter with garlic in it.
Remove garlic and drizzle butter over potatoes.
Season and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 20 minutes longer.
