Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. sugar
1 c. sweet milk
butter or oleo (size of an egg)
3 to 4 c. pecans
Preparation

Melt 1 1/2 cups sugar in a large saucepan.
At the same time, in another pan, cook the 3 cups sugar, milk and butter.
(Do not boil.)
When sugar has melted, turn down heat and pour this sugar mixture into the melted sugar in the large pan.
Stir hard and fast.
Continue cooking until it forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water.
Add pecans.
Stir well.
Drop by spoon onto wax paper.
