Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. lemon peel, if desired or 1/4 tsp. mace
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    Blend at low speed. Beat 3 minutes
    at
    medium
    speed
    #6.
    Pour into greased and floured tube
    pan.
    Bake
    in
    325\u00b0
    oven for 60 to 70 minutes. Cool upright in pan for 15 minutes.
