Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 lb. grated Gruyere cheese
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add onions sauteed.
Add mushrooms, garlic, spinach and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook until spinach loses its color.
Add cream cheese, half and half and seasonings.
Cook until cream cheese is melted.
Stir in bread crumbs and Tabasco. Grease casserole and pour in mixture.
Sprinkle with grated Gruyere cheese.
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
