Bouquet Garni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 sprigs parsley
    2 to 3 sprigs celery leaves
    1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves or 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Place parsley sprigs, celery leaves, thyme leaves and bay leaf on a square piece of cheesecloth. Bring the ends of the cheesecloth together and tie securely with string. To flavor foods such as soups, stews and sauces, add the bouquet garni to the foods as they cook.
    Remove the cheesecloth bag before serving. Excellent!
