Spanish Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. gelatin, soaked in 1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    2 to 3 eggs
Preparation
    Keep 1/2
    cup
    milk
    and
    some
    sugar
    to mix with egg. Scald remaining milk and add gelatin.
    Add egg mixture to milk and gelatin in
    a double boiler.
    Let come to boiling point or until egg custards.
    Do not actually boil.
