Ingredients

3/4 to 1 c. sweetened flaked coconut
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/4 c. chopped pecans
3 to 4 maraschino cherries, cut into 6ths
4 to 6 Tbsp. anisette liqueur
Preparation

Spread coconut in a large shallow pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
Turn into a small pie pan.
Cool.
